Look Up Orders (Channel Ref / MSF)

Endpoint: GET /api/v1/order

Full URL: https://api.spreetaileu.com/api/api/v1/order

Look up orders without knowing the order reference number. Two query modes are supported (if both parameters are sent, ship_from wins):

Mode 1: Look up by Channel Ref

GET /api/v1/order?channel_ref={value}

Finds orders by the Channel_Ref note value you supplied at order creation. Because one channel reference can match multiple orders (for example a split order), data is always an array of full order records. Only orders belonging to your client account are returned; matching is exact. Applies to orders created after 2026-08-05.

Mode 2: List MSF (Amazon Seller Flex) orders

GET /api/v1/order?ship_from=MSF

Lists all of your MSF orders. MSF orders are fulfilled from Amazon Seller Flex rather than a Spreetail warehouse, so they never appear under GET /order/{referenceNumber} — this is the only API view of them. MSF is the only supported ship_from value.

Optional pagination: pass page and/or page_size (1–200, default 100) for a paged response with a pagination block; omitting both returns the full list. Orders are sorted by reference, so pages are stable across calls.
