Endpoint: POST /inbound-slot/{slotReference}/respond

Answer the warehouse's counter-proposal on a slot. Only valid while the slot is pending_customer.

Actions

• accept — confirm the warehouse's proposed time (slot becomes confirmed)
• counter — propose a different time back (proposedTime required, ISO 8601 with offset; slot returns to pending_ops)

Concurrency

If the schedule changed while you were responding, the request fails with 409 — re-read the slot and respond again.
