Endpoint: GET /api/v1/inventory/stock-age

Returns the stock age (storage duration) for your whole catalog, one page at a time. Served entirely from the pre-computed nightly snapshot (refreshed 02:00 UTC), so it responds fast at any page size.

Pagination is deterministic: the catalog is sorted by SKU and sliced. Walk pages 1..total_pages to export the full catalog. Use in_stock_only=true to page over only SKUs currently holding stock.

Each entry in skus has the same shape as the single-SKU endpoint's response, plus a stock_age_available flag: false means the snapshot does not cover that SKU yet (for example one added since the last nightly run). For an authoritative answer on such a SKU, call GET /api/v1/inventory/stock-age/{sku}, which can reconstruct live. as_of_date snapshots are also only available on the single-SKU endpoint.
