Requirements

  • Direct channel integration via our WMS. We will need to authenticate your account directly through our WMS.
  • All orders fulfilled by Spreetail
  • No order filtering or routing needed

Advantages

  • Live Inventory Sync: Inventory levels are updated directly and in real-time within your customer channels
  • Live Order Sync: Orders are synchronized directly and in real-time from your customer channels
  • Quick Setup: Average setup time is approximately 1 day

Limitations

  • ⚠️ Bespoke Marketplaces: Cannot integrate custom or niche marketplaces
  • ⚠️ Amazon Shipping Labels (UK): For multi-item orders in the UK, only one Amazon Shipping label will be generated if the brand does not disable the "Amazon VAT Handling" option on their account

Getting Started

  1. Contact your account manager to book time in the calendar for us to authenticate your channel on our WMS.
  2. Send your up-to date SKU list to the account manager so they can onboard your SKUs to our system.
  3. Orders will automatically flow through to us and confirmations will be sent back to your channel.
