Direct Integration with Filtering

Direct Integration with Filtering

Best for: Businesses using multiple fulfillment providers but no WMS/middleware, needing to route orders manually.

Setup

  • No WMS or middleware
  • Direct integration with Spreetail's Linnworks WMS
  • Manual order filtering required

How it Works

Direct Integration with Filtering Flowchart

Key Characteristics

  • No WMS/Middleware
  • Spreetail is not the only provider

Benefits

  • Simple integration
  • Flexibility to use multiple providers
  • Direct API access

Considerations

  • Manual order management required
  • Orders not fulfilled by Spreetail must be manually removed
  • Requires active monitoring and management

Requirements

  • Direct channel integration via API
  • Customer portal access for order management
  • Manual order filtering process

Advantages

  • Live Inventory Sync: Inventory levels are updated directly and in real-time to your customer channels
  • Live Order Sync: Orders are synchronized directly and in real-time to your customer channels
  • Batch Setup: Average setup time is approximately 1 day

Limitations

  • ⚠️ Bespoke Marketplaces: Cannot integrate custom or niche marketplaces
  • ⚠️ Amazon Shipping Labels: Multi-item orders will only have one Buy A label (Amazon Shipping label) in 2024, with no consideration of the 'Amazon WMS Handling' option on account
  • ⚠️ Manual Process: Bespoke/custom processes need to be implemented to filter out orders you don't want us to fulfill.

Use Case

Ideal for businesses that work with multiple fulfillment partners but don't have a sophisticated routing system yet. You maintain flexibility while benefiting from direct API integration.

Getting Started

  1. Contact your account manager to book time in the calendar for us to authenticate your channel on our WMS.
  2. Send your up-to date SKU list to the account manager so they can onboard your SKUs to our system.
  3. Orders will automatically flow through to us and confirmations will be sent back to your channel.
  4. Establish order filtering process
